Dale Lasher

Dale was born on May 25, 1963 in Rockford, IL. Dale is survived by his mother Mary Jane Tallacksen and father Harold Tallacksen; siblings Gary Tallacksen (Cathy), Sue Williams, Ronald Tallacksen (Linda), Bill Lasher (Sandy), Brian Tallacksen (Bev), Deb Kemp ( Stan) and Linda Kinkade (Dave); numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews that he loved dearly; special family friend Jim Hood (Tammy).

Dale was preceded in death by his grandparents, Robert Vincent Lasher, Kay Tallacksen-Carlston, Eric Ferguson and Dale’s beloved dog Chubs.

Dale was a very caring person and was always willing to help others. Dale loved his family dearly; he loved riding his motorcycle with his family and friends. He worked for National Detroit for 28 years.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family.

A service to celebrate Dale’s life will be 2:00 p.m. Friday October 25, 2013 at Advantage Funeral Home 7000 W. State St. in Rockford. Visitation for Dale will be Thursday October 24, 2013 from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
