Steve Foster, age 68, lifelong resident of Crescent Township, passed away on Thursday, November 9, 2023 at Heritage Valley Sewickley. Born March 12, 1955, in Sewickley, he was the son of the late Roy and Valeria (Bakunoff) Foster. Steve loved to read, shooting pool, building models and watching Sci-Fi movies and TV shows. He started a natural gas development business, and previous to that, he had worked as an automobile mechanic.
Steve is survived by two brothers; Brian (Lorie) Foster, Doug (Ada) Foster, one sister; Cheryl Waring. Also surviving are two special nieces; Megan Foster and Kacy-Anne Casale, a special nephew; Nathan Foster; and a great niece Stevie Rose Casale.
As per Steve's wishes, all services were private and entrusted to the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to the Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum).
