Born April 23, 1933 in Conway, she was the daughter of the late Joseph J and Florence (Kocienda) Namett. Lillian attended Monaca High School. After high school, she began working at Phoenix Glass in Monaca where she met Jack, her loving husband of 61 years. They were married at St. Felix Church in Freedom.
Lillian was a dedicated wife and mother who loved raising her family, remodeling homes with Jack and, in later years, working the jewelry counter at Hills Department Store in Baden. She was an excellent cook and enjoyed keeping her home clean and tidy. She was a long time member of St. Francis Cabrini Church.
Surviving are her husband Jack Hazenstab, son John (Doreen Anthony) Hazenstab, daughter Mary (Karl Wright) Richards, and daughter Shirley (Brian) Tuite. She is also survived by her granddaughters, Annie Hazenstab, Crystal (Evan) Tuite, Rachel (Art) Tuite, and two great-grandsons Logan and Dominic Hazenstab along with two sisters-in-law, Nadine Namett and Darl Allman and many nieces and nephews.
Along with her parents, Lillian was preceded in death by her brothers Joseph and Henry Namett.
She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts. Family and friends will be received on Thursday January 5, from 4 p.m to 7 pm in the Saul-Gabauer Funeral Home, 273 PA-68, Rochester, PA 15074. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday January 6, 2002 at Saint Felix Church - Our Lady of the Valley Parish 450 13th Street Freedom, PA. at 9:30 AM.
Entombment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester, PA.
