Duane E. Morris

Duane E. Morris, 61, of Sewickley, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2016, at his home. He was born April 3, 1955, in Bellevue, PA, son of the late Arlington and Madeline (Elmer) Morris. Duane was a former technician for DS Waters. He was a member of Lighthouse Lutheran Church in Freedom.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Grosick.

Duane is survived by his loving wife of 35 years: Cindy (Dewar) Morris; two daughters and sons-in-law: Beth and Brian Benson of Harmony Twp.; Joni and Tim Hostetter of Baden; three wonderful grandchildren: Jake and Ian Benson and Luke Hostetter; three brothers and two sisters-in-law: Wayne and Marilyn Morris, Leesburg, FL; Charles and Janet Morris, Aliquippa; and Robert Morris of Sewickley; and two sisters: Sharon and Karen Morris, both of Freedom.

Friends will be received today, October 21, 2016 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the SAUL-GABAUER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 273 Route 68, Rochester (adjacent to Sylvania Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum). A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at 6 p.m., in the funeral home, with Rev. Dennis Whalen, officiating.
