Calling hours for Howard will be held Thursday, May 12, 2022 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home, 3070 Delaware Ave, Kenmore, NY 14217, immediately followed by a funeral service at 7:00 PM.
Howard will be laid to rest in Acacia Park Cemetery, 4215 Tonawanda Creek Rd , North Tonawanda, NY 14120.
