Ogden: Passed away on October 24, 2014 at age 70.
Chester was predeceased by his first wife, Carol Peter and two sisters, Margaret “Peggy” Barker and Carol Schmeltzer. He is survived by his loving family; wife, Patricia Reid-Peters; sons, Scott (Cheryl), Michael (Stacy) and daughter, Michelle (Chris) Rice, and their combined eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
Chester was longtime Mason and member of 479 Unity Lodge in Spencerport. He was also a longtime member of the Henrietta Fire Department.
Family and friends may call on Tuesday, Oct. 28, from 10-11AM at the Funeral Home of ALVAH HALLORAN & SON, 2125 Chili Ave., where a Memorial Service will be held in his honor immediately following at 11:00AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Chester’s memory to Lifetime Care Hospice/Hildebrandt Hospice online or to 3111 Winton Rd South, Rochester, NY 14623.
