William Carmer Karam, age 79, of Rochester Hills, Michigan passed away Sunday April 14, 2019. Bill was the loving husband of Carol for 49 years; dear father of Melissa (Matthew) Hammett, Tony Karam, and Andrew (Jessica) Karam; caring grandfather of Alexander and Luke Hammett; brother of George (Sue) Karam, Patrick (Veronica) Karam, Daniel Karam, and Carmer Karam; and uncle of many nieces and nephews. Bill was predeceased by his parents Carmer and Mary (Roach) Karam, and his sister Jackie Kay. Bill was born in Centerline, Michigan on December 13, 1939. He graduated from Assumption High School in Windsor, Ontario and married Carol Larese on March 20, 1970 in Warren, Michigan. Bill served in Real Estate all his life. He operated Bill Karam Real Estate for many years in the Rochester Hills area. He was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Rochester. Bill loved his family and in earlier years he enjoyed golfing and his race horse. Bill’s family will welcome all to a memorial gathering on Tuesday, April 30th, 2019 from 10am until the time of memorial service at 11am at St. John Lutheran Church, located at 1011 W. University Drive in Rochester, Michigan.
