Jeffrey was born the son of Floyd and Eleanor (Elleman) Curtis in Flint, Michigan on August 5, 1960. A graduate of Rochester Adams High School, class of 1978, he attended General Motors Institute before working with Curtis Family Carpentry (FL). Energetic and devoted, Jeff loved his large family and many friends, and they loved him in return.

Jeffrey is survived by his children Ciera (Michael) Jason, Jared (Audrey) Curtis, and Jordan (Daniel) Rietz; grandchildren Ava Jason, Lukus Rietz, and Amelia Rietz; siblings Michael Curtis, Matthew (Kim) Curtis, and Stacie (Van) McWilliams.
