Erin was born in Detroit, Michigan in September, 1987 to parents Eric & Helen Mozer (Dolan).
She graduated from Rochester High School in 2005 and attended college at West Virginia University and Oakland University where she studied journalism. Erin excelled at sports and was a state qualifier in track, state champion in cheerleading, and also cheered for the Detroit Pistons in college. She loved watching the Red Wings, Pistons, Tigers, and Lions with her friends.
Erin had a career in the service industry in Downtown Rochester where everyone knew her.
She shared her love of all things Disney with her Mom Helen and sister Claire, enjoyed painting beautifully intricate designs, growing colorful flowers in her garden and loved her pets immensely.
Erin is survived by her husband Ryan Whitford, parents Helen and Eric Mozer, sister Claire Mozer (Tony), brother Andrew (Megan), nephews Brody, Ian, Thomas and Theodore. Predeceased by grandparents John and Rose Dolan and Reinhold and Ingrid Mozer. She was loved by her aunts, uncles, and many cousins.
A gathering for her friends and family will be held at Pixley Funeral Home in Rochester on Friday December 9, 2022 from 4:00-8:00pm with a rosary at 7:00pm. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am on Saturday, December 10th at the same location.
