Crag Walter Michalik, of Rochester Hills, MI, passed away on January 5th, 2023 at the age of 70. He was born in Garfield Hts., Ohio on June 19, 1952 to Walter and Mary Michalik. Craig earned his Bachelor's in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University. He married his beloved and cherished wife Karen Worthington Michalik on August 7th, 1976. Craig had a career in computer science for the Federal Reserve Bank, Chrysler, K Mart, Detroit Edison, Blue Cross, IBM, and contracted at several large companies. He had a passion for home improvement and could fix anything. He loved to learn and loved to pass his fix-it knowledge onto his kids, grandkids, and anyone who would listen.
He is survived by his wife Karen; children Mark (fiancée Dayna Patik), Katie Winters (fiancé Mike Benson), Thomas (Maggie), and Christopher; grandchildren Tyler, Carson, Bryce, Nathan, Jamie, and one on the way; siblings Elaine Peskar, Linda Weber, and Ken Michalik; and father-in-law Harvey Worthington.
There will be a private service held for Craig.
