Alyssa Helen Frick, beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, cousin, niece, and friend passed from this life on Tuesday, February 7, 2023, at the age of 21 after a short battle with an autoimmune disease. She is survived by her parents Sarah Frick and Ruben (Cathryn Daisy) Crespo Jr.; her grandparents Susan Crespo, Mia Krapf, and Robert (Noi) Frick; her siblings Jayden, Mackenzie, Madyson, and Carter Crespo; among many other family and friends. Alyssa was predeceased by her Papa, Ruben Crespo, Sr.
Alyssa loved history, reading, museums, being over dressed for any gathering, Harry Styles, her best friends, Hailey and Christy, her dogs, Percy Ann and Lollipop, her siblings and cousins, her Godparents, but most of all, she loved her dog, Minnie Mouse and her mom.
Everyday, when her mom left for work, she would say, “I love you. Have a good day. Don’t forget your phone, keys, wallet.” She was an old soul and wanted to make sure that if anything happened to either her or her mom that I love you would be the last thing said.
Alyssa will be remembered for her loving and compassionate heart.
The family will receive visitors at St. Paul's United Methodist Church in Rochester, Michigan on February 25, 2023 from 12:00-3:30 pm with a memorial service at 3:30 pm and luncheon to follow. You’re encouraged to bring your best memories.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to The Myositis Association and The Trevor Project.
