Sandra Dawn Morrison

Sandra Dawn Morrison, age 64, passed away on January 17, 2020 in Riverton, Utah. She was born on January 21, 1955 in Murray, Utah to Donald K. Goates & Deloris R. Gadd, and graduated from Cyprus High School.

Mrs. Morrison is survived by her husband, Rodney V. Morrison, step daughter, Jen (Mike) Whitkanack, grandson, Canyon Winter, siblings: Craig Goates, Garth (Kim) Goates, and Blair (Debby) Goates. She was preceded in death by Kent (Tammy) Goates.

Sandee (a beautiful Lady), and I met at an October 2015 Halloween party at the Rosegate Apartments in Sandy, Utah. Following a short romantic time, we were married on April 8, 2016 in Elko, Nevada. A move to Hunter Village in Taylorsville followed. On April 22, 2017 we were sealed in the Salt Lake Temple which brought us great joy and happiness. Next was a move to Monarch Meadows in Riverton during the spring of 2019.

Sandee loved to decorate her new house and enjoyed her passions of cross stitching pictures and pillows for friends and family, (especially all the little ones). She loved to be with the children at family get togethers. She was loved and is greatly missed.
