Age 93, passed away on Sept. 17, 2013, at Arlington Gardens, Magnolia Ave. Raymond was born on November 4, 1919 in Milton, Delaware to Thomas and Mathilda (Megee) Jerman. He was a veteran of WWII, Korea and Vietnam, honorably discharged after 32 years of service as Chief Master Sergeant. He later graduated from RCC as a LVN and was employed by Kaiser Permanente in Fontana for 16 years. He was a 32nd Degree Mason and belonged to Scottish Rites. Raymond enjoyed square dancing, and was a member of Riverside Single Swingers for many years. He was respected and loved by his many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Lois Jarman; son Rodney Jarman; mother and father, three sisters and two brothers. He is survived by brother Thomas E. Jerman, Sr. of Delaware; sister and caregiver Elsie (Babe) Bounds of CA; sister Clara Scarborough of DE; friend and caregiver Yvonne Dunning; daughter Eva Paiva; granddaughter Christy Jarman; nephew and niece, Michael E. Bounds and Kathy Bounds Szczesiak; and many relatives in DE. Funeral Services will be at Acheson and Graham Mortuary, 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside, CA on Monday, 9/23/13: Viewing at 10am with Service at 11am. Interment at Odd Fellows, DE.
