Maribeth my heart goes out to you. Jeremy was my favorite person to go to for Triathlon advice. I already miss him so! Not long I ran into him in the hallway now that time has turned into a cherished memory. He was the sweetest, most thoughtful person and will be truly missed. My sincere condolences to Jeremy’s family, I was so sad to hear that Jeremy passed away. I originally met Jeremy at Kaiser Fontana in Icu. When we first met, I told him how I loved wakeboarding and slalom skiing in Csnyon Lake, CA where I lived. He asked me about Canyon Lake, he never heard of it before. I told him to check it out. I transferred to Riverside Kaiser shortly after. A few years later, I saw Jeremy at Kaiser Riverside. Said he checked out Canyon Lake and the next day he decided to move there. Jeremy was so sweet snd kind to everyone at Kaiser. He will be deeply missed. Valerie Spalding

Jeremy was always a role model of mine. When I was a new dialysis nurse to Kaiser he welcomed me and taught me the Kaiser way. Our whole dialysis team loved Jeremy. He was kind, silly, serious when needed, passionate and it was an honor to work with him and get to know him.  He was a great nurse and I looked forward to working shifts with him. He touched a lot of hearts. We always have patients still asking for him. I’ll never forget all the memories and advice he gave me.  Our deepest condolences to MB, JJ and his whole family from his dialysis family.

Hello to the family of Jeremy. I am saddened to hear of his passing. I worked with him at Kaiser Hospital in Fontana in the ICU 2003-2005 and Acute Hemodialysis 2005-2012. We were in the Hemodialysis training program in 2005. Jeremy was a great coworker and a very kind person. He will be missed. Please accept my condolence. 

Condolence to Maribeth and son and family of Jeremy. We the hemodialysis crew from Kaiser just learned about his passing yesterday. We are all  so heartbroken  to have lost such a wonderful,sincere guy. JEREMY is like our family that we have worked several years. May he rest in peace with the Lord.

We will always remember the memories we shared with Jeremy. He was like my second brother growing up. I will never forget all the goodtimes we had.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for having the precious opportunity of being part of your life from time to time.
Chuck and I had two sons of our own but I swear we feel like we raised three as you were so much part of our lives. 
It thrilled Chuck and I to share such good conversation,  heartfelt memories and love with you this past May when we got a chance to see you and your beautiful family.
