GEORGE ALBERT ELIZARRARAS 67, died Saturday, February 25, 2012, at his home in Riverside following a prolonged illness with cancer. He is survived by his loving and caring wife of 40 years, Rose; children George, Aaron, Myra, and Matthew; daughter-in-law Tina; and his grandchildren, Isaac, Cheyenne and Emma. He is also survived by his brothers Ben, Ray and Ruben and nephews and cousins. He was born and raised in Highgrove, the son of Benjamin and Esther (Bernal), deceased. He graduated from Poly High School in 1962, he attended San Bernardino Valley College, and apprenticed as an automotive mechanic with the Teamsters after serving in the U.S. Army. Anyone who came to know George will always remember his kindness, loving and humorous manner. George will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.
