Born February 8, 1924, in Wilmar, Ca.
raised in Perris, Ca., son of Charles and Vera Frost,
Dropped out of High School to join the United States Navy in 1942 after Pearl Harbor took place. Where he reached Radioman First Class Petty Officer while serving in both the European (Africa and Cecily landings and Pacific Luzon Philippines and several other Islands as part of the 293rd Joint Assault Signal Company known as JASCO - Campaigns of WWII discharged in October 11th 1945), during this time he married Jeannie Myers of New Jersey in 1943, married for 63 years.
Charles was proud member of IBEW local 440 for 67 years, last 31 years as a retired Journeyman Wireman Electrician, he taught as an Electrical Apprenticeship Instructor for IBEW/NECA 33 years,
Charles was a member of the Riverside BPOE - Elks and life time member VFW Post 9223 Arlington CA. On time ABC Professional Bowler and Pro Bass Fisherman. He was an avid Sportsman.
He was blessed with 4 children, Charlotte & Walter Hynes, Nancy & Fernando Resto, Jack E. Frost, and Robert C. & Kathy Frost, 11 Grandchildren, and 16 Great Grandchildren.
Charles passed in his sleep, June 3, 2016 after a long illness.
He will be laid to rest at the National Cemetery, with full military honors, a grave site service.
