Carlyn Jean Glover was born in Arkansas Jan. 23, 1936. Her family moved to Huntington Park California when she was young. She was always known as full of fire and not afraid of anything or anyone. She loved her family and friends dearly. She was stubborn yet a fiercely loyal and giving person who knew no strangers. She lived her life on the go but there was always time for a good book.
Jeannie met her husband Paul, who was in the Navy, in Huntington Park while working as a waitress. They had 5 children, Marci Whitewing of Seattle, Washington, Richard Glover of Mobile, Alabama, Tamera Kesterson of Auburn, Washington, Paula Glover of Marysville, California who preceded her in death, and Stephen Glover of Corona, California. With over 20 - 30 something grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren, her life was not too dull.
Jeannie was a fighter to the end and never gave up hope. We all have been fortunate to have her as a role model in our life to emulate. Honor her by being fierce, loyal, loving, with a passion for life and adventure. Jeannie, Mom, Wife, whichever title she has to you, We Love You, and will miss you always!
