Robert P. Henderson, M.D. born in Pontotoc, Mississippi on February 2, 1924 took his final breath May 25, 2022 at his home in Jackson. His 54 year career as a radiologist was mostly in Jackson but entirely in Mississippi. He loved: his family and extended family, his work and colleagues, technicians and associates at the Baptist Hospital and University Medical Center, bridge family, golfing friends, Mississippi State University, and even gardening.
A celebrative service will be held Friday, June 3, 2022 at 11am at Parkway Funeral Home, 1161 Highland Colony Parkway, Ridgeland Mississippi 39157. The visitation will begin at 10am followed by the service at 11am.
