Richard Edward Morris

Richard E. Morris, 62, of Richmond passed away on October 28, 2012. He was born to C. B. Morris, Jr. and the late Jean Haas Morris on January 31, 1950. Richard worked in technical support for C&P telephone and Verizon for over 20 years. He enjoyed woodworking, furniture refinishing, and working on his tan along with helping others. Rick was a loving father, son, and brother, survived by his two sons; Christopher B. Morris and Nicholas A Morris and wife Kristen, his father C.B. Morris and wife Meg, sister Peggy Morris Coulson and husband Chip; brother Bill Morris and wife Travis and numerous nieces and nephews. He was most generous and loving throughout his life and loved by so many. He will be remembered and missed by all that he knew. The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 1, from 5:00 to 7:00pm at the Woody funeral home, Parham Chapel, 1771 N. Parham Rd. Richmond, VA.
