Margaret York Hall

Margaret York Hall, 88, of Varina passed away peacefully on Monday, May 25, 2015. She was a long time member of Four Mile Creek Baptist Church and was employed with American Tobacco Co. for 33 years. She was preceded in death by her first husband, S. Bryan York, Sr. and a grandchild, Buck York, and 11 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her husband, Donald C. Hall; son, Bryan York (Chris); daughter, Becky Acors (Gene); grandchildren, Amy Durrette (David), Michael York (Angel), Ty York (Jaime), Bo Acors, Duke Acors (Sarah), and Sally Newton (Davis); great-grandchildren, Wyatt Durrette, Hannah Durrette, Rachel Durrette, Calvin York, Meghan York, Carson York and Mason York. The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 27, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave., Richmond, VA 23231 where services will be held Thursday, May 28, at 11 a.m. Interment will follow in Washington Memorial Park.
