Louise P. Howard, 92, went to be with the Lord on November 29, 2016. She was the daughter of William Z. and Gertrude Phipps. She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert C. Howard; stepdaughter, Trudie H. Knight; stepson, Robert G. Howard; two grandchildren, Angela New (Chris), and William Shaw (Melissa); one cousin, Barbara Tate; and several greatgrandchildren. The family will receive friends Friday, December 2, 2016 from 6-8pm at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum. A funeral service will be held Saturday, December 3, 2016 at 11am at Nelsen Funeral Home Laburnum.
