Edna Myrick Welton

Edna Myrick Welton 82 from Glen Allen, VA went to be with her Lord, Wednesday, 1-25-23 at Henrico Doctors Forest. . She passed peacefully with all her immediate family members around her side. Edna was born in Jarrett, Virginia April 27, 1940. She was the daughter of Robert and Irene Myrick, one of 5 siblings. Three brothers and one sister. Edna was a graduate of Jarrett high school class of 1959. She is survived by her Husband Robert B. Welton of over 60 years, one brother Herbert (Faye)Myrick, two sons Curtis (Rhonda)Welton and Scott Welton, 6 grandchildren : Jessica ( Daniel) Attkisson, Megan (Chris) Hollins , Paige Welton, Eric(Samantha)Welton, Penny (Ethan) Bryant , Clay Welton. 9 great grandchildren Alyssa, Ayden, Aceson, Abby Attkisson , Weston ,Colton Welton, Peyton Bryant , Hudson and Madison Hollins. Edna was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. Her main interest was caring for her family. The family will receive friends and family at Woody’s Funeral Home, North Parham Road Sunday 1-29-23 from 4:00 till 8:00. A graveside service shall be conducted at Oakwood Cemetery, Lawrenceville, VA Monday 1-30-23 at 1:00 pm.
