She graduated from JJ Pearce High School and worked in the insurance industry for 48 years with numerous companies, most recently as Vice President at RT Specialty. She was joyfully married to Monte Stringer for over 34 years. Taree was a cherished wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, aunt, coworker, and friend to everyone that knew her.
She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church and had a strong passion for music, dogs, and most of all, her grandchildren.
Taree was preceded in death by her father, William Wasinger. She is survived by her husband, Monte Stringer; mother, Rita Wasinger; son and daughter-in-law, Matt and Brandy Kendall; son and daughter-in-law, Sam and Stephanie Stringer; daughter and son-in-law, Nan and Cooper Liebau. She was also blessed with siblings and their spouses, brothers Bill Wasinger, and John and Cindy Wasinger, and sisters Karen and Steven Beuchaw, Linda and Steve Scheets, and Dianna and Keith Nicholson. She also leaves behind her four grandchildren, Skyler, Reeves, Mercer, and Spaid, who were truly the love of her life. Countless nieces and nephews were all touched by their Aunt Taree.
A family funeral mass will be held on February 3rd at 10:30 am at St. Josephs Catholic church, 600 S Jupiter Rd, Richardson, TX 75081, and a Celebration of Life afterwards at 12:30 pm at Communion, 514 Lockwood Dr, Richardson, TX 75080.
Taree asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lone Star Dog Ranch in Anna, Texas, or to
