Mrs. Lee Tong Sau Fong was born on November 5, 1936 in Xinhui, Guangdong, China to her father, Tang Jun, and her mother Ou Wu. There were eight siblings in her family; Sau Fong was the 7th daughter among the 8 brothers and sisters.
Mrs. Lee Tong Sau Fong left China and went to Hong Kong when she was 12 years old. She married Mr. Lee Fung Tim in Hong Kong in 1963. After their marriage, they were blessed with four precious sons. In June 1975, the whole family immigrated to the United State where she worked in a garment factory. She worked diligently and extremely hard until she retired in 1995. She was healthy and enjoyed her retirement life very much. She recovered from a minor stroke in 2009 and was blessed with little to no health issues afterward. She went through neurosurgery later on but the surgery caused her to be immobilized and have difficulty doing the activities she loved. In the morning of February 10, 2022, she was sent to the hospital after another stroke. Mrs. Lee Tong Sau Fong passed away peacefully at 4 pm on Friday, February 11, 2022 of age 85 years old.
