Jennifer Kaye

Jennifer Leah Kaye. Born in Regina, SK October 23, 1982. Passed away in Regina, SK December 4, 2023.

Jennifer leaves behind her loving husband John Starr; their children: Isaiah (Kennedi) Raegan Autumn Raine, Jeremy, and Sienna; her parents Charlotte Maxie and Edward Kaye; mother in law Myra Starr; grampa Wes McKay; siblings: Candice (Breon) Jared, and Vanessa; special auntie Cheryl Coore; sister in law Kim Starr, special friend Senshara Ross; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, friends and co-workers from Casino Regina. Jennifer was given the honour of Gramma Jen to Lillybelle and Evangeline.

Jennifer was predeceased by her maternal great grandparents James and Anna Maxie; maternal grandmother Joyce Maxie; her beloved gramma Shirley Sandy; maternal grampa Mac McArthur; uncles: Derrick Maxie, Meredith Demas, and Terrance Maxie.

Honourary Pallbearers: Jared Kaye, Isaac Kaye, Joe Poitras, Paul Lafontaine, Ty Starr, Tim Poitras, Mandan Starr, Charlie Rabbitskin, Bryon Starr, Dean Elliot, Blaise Starr, Wavell Starr.

Jenn’s life will be remembered and honoured in all the ways that made her an incredible mother, wife, daughter, sister, auntie, niece, cousin, and granddaughter.

She was an amazing mother and wife and she took great pride and joy in her little family. They meant everything to her.

Jenn was so bubbly, chatty and outgoing, she lit up a room when she walked in and had a way of making everyone feel welcome. Her generous, caring heart knew no bounds, she was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone who needed it.

She was fearless in so many ways, unafraid of change, trying new things, and new foods. She was never afraid to be herself. Her witty and silly ways will be remembered for how easy she would turn a frown into a smile.

She was always loud and proud in cheering on her favourite teams The Saskatchewan Roughriders and Edmonton Oilers.

A casual come and go service will be held on Saturday December 9, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, 2080 E Victoria Ave, Regina, SK.
