May 3, 1980 – July 12, 2017
It is with overwhelming heartbreak and great sadness to announce the sudden passing of our beloved Son, Husband, Father, Brother and Friend, Colin Bradley McLean. Colin was a man who was so many things to so many people. He will be tremendously missed by the many people who loved him: his mother Nellie Wynne; his wife Krissy Haus; his children who he cherished dearly: Bradley Hickox; Seth and Aubriey Sibbald-McLean; and Xander and Eva Haus. He is also survived by his sisters Summer, Eliza (Dean); and cousins: Connie (Grant), Derek and Jarred as well as Bradley’s mother, Donna Hickox and Seth and Aubriey’s mother Tammy Sibbald. He had a large extended family that included many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. Blood or not, Colin touched our lives in a special way. Colin was predeceased by his special grandmother: Nellie Garrett and his father: Dale Pierre. He was larger than life, in size and in personality, and he will be remembered as a kind hearted man with a great sense of humor who was always there to help and support everyone he touched. Colin was an amazing story teller who had so much to offer this world. It is sad to accept that with all of the potential he had, his hopes and dreams will never be realized. We remember our “Koko Bean” for all of the good he had in his heart. A Celebration of Colin’s Life will be held at Kiwanis Waterfall Park, 2755 Elphinstone Street, Regina, SK on Saturday, July 22, 2017 at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association – Saskatchewan Division, 2702 12th Avenue, Regina, SK S4T 1J2 or the Regina Humane Society, P.O. Box 3143, Regina, SK S4P 3G7.
