Gertrude Geraldine Garcia entered into rest on January 3, 2014. Born Gertrude Brelovitz on April 18, 1926 in Chicago, Ill and raised in Brooklyn, NY, she was 87 years old and moved to San Francisco over 60 years ago living in Belmont for over 30 years. She is preceded in death by her grandson Shawn, and her husband, Lucio Garcia in 2009 . She is survived by her daughters, Daphne Frampton and Dana Garcia Pierre. Beloved grandmother of Kristen, Erika, Veroushka, Jeremy and Erik. Great grandmother of nine great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She is also survived by her sister Betty Irvalino of Long Island, NY and nieces and nephews of NY and CA . Family and friends are invited to attend Funeral Service on Monday, January 13, 2014 at 1pm at Redwood Chapel, 847 Woodside Road, Redwood City, Ca 94061. Graveside service to follow at Skylawn Memorial Park, San Mateo, Ca.
