Sylvia Beverlyann Berry

Thursday , May 21st 2020. Sylvia was born on November 17, 1944 in

Albuquerque New Mexico to Andres Vigil and Mary Martinez.

She graduated from Lincoln High School in Santa Clara Ca. in 1962 and

attained a Associates Degree from De Anza College in Cupertino Ca.

She worked many years for Fairchild Corp. and then as a custodian

at San Jose Ca International Airport, retiring in 2000.

Sylvia married Robert Berry in 1981 and the couple had 1 son. She was

an avid reader of novels, enjoyed bowling, fishing, crocheting and

especially playing slots at the local casinos. Her family and friends will

always remember her as a very devoted and loving wife and mother,

a hard worker not afraid to get her hands dirty and a true friend to

those who knew her. Sylvia is survived by her husband Robert,

son Clete and three sisters, Charlotte, Rosemary and Patty.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents Andres and Mary and

her sister Gloria. Sylvia's wish was to be cremated and in these trying

times there will be no formal services or reception. There will be a online

memorial established to honor her life and a link provided to family and

friends. The family would like to thank the Hospice nurses and equipment

providers for all their help in getting Sylvia through the final hurdles of
