Glenn F. Fowe

Glenn was born on January 12, 1957, in Grants Pass, Oregon. He was born to Orval and Margaret Fowe. He was the youngest of 6 and the only boy. He leaves his sisters, Patricia Sloan of Texas, Ellen (Mike) McArron, Elizabeth (Charles) Petty, Margaret (John) Bamberger and many nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly, and his best friend Kirk Alkire of Redding. He is proceeded in death by his mother, in 1980, his father and maternal grandmother, Marie Watson in 1987, and his eldest sister, Linda Errotabere, in 1989.

He was a kind and gentle man to all and had a soft spot in his heart for animals including his beloved dog, Gamble. He asked the Lord to be his savior when he was a child. He swayed from the Lord for a few years, but knew our Lord was his savior and started attending church in Atwater, California. When he became ill and could no longer work, he moved to Red Bluff and started attending Sunrise Bible Fellowship. As the months went by, many of them in the hospital, he became closer to our Lord and often talked to people about Jesus. He had a heartfelt reply whenever anyone asked him how he was; he would say, "OK and I know where I am going, do you?" He loved talking to anyone who would listen about his love of our Lord.

When Glenn was 10 years old, the family moved to Redding, California. He attended Alta Mesa Elementary, Parsons Middle School, Nova 9th Grade Center and graduated from Enterprise High School in January 1975. He worked for Sunset Plastic, Sierra Pacific, Diamond Walnut, and drove truck for many companies in the San Joaquin Valley. His working days ended at the HooDoo Ranch in Cody, Wyoming.

In his spare time he enjoyed working and rebuilding guns and rifles. He also enjoyed panning for gold, using his metal detector and playing ball with Gamble. He loved movies about the old west and the military.
