Alice grew up in Hyampom, CA. She attended grammar school in a one room school building, which housed grades 1-8th. In retirement she became an avid traveler and talented painter. Alice’s works of art were often inspired by the lakes, rivers, mountains, lighthouses, and stunning ocean scenes of her travels in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Europe. In recent years, Alice spent her time enjoying the days with her faithful dog, Fluffy, and her daughter, granddaughter and great-grandson in Antelope, CA.
