Sheila Rose Nolan, 74, of Reading, Pennsylvania passed away on Wednesday, November 11, 2021 in Penn State Health St. Joseph Hospital. Sheila was born August 24, 1947 in Richmond, VA., a daughter of the late Garfield Von Nolan and Aleise (Johnson) Nolan.
She was a true and faithful servant of St. James Chapel Church of God in Christ and was employed by Car Tech in the block office for over 19 years, the Agricultural Center, Prospectus Berco and Bank of PA. All who knew Miss Sheila, knew she would help anyone in need.
Surviving is her son Kelsey McCracken and his fiance Heather Farr Rodriguez, Aunt Darlene Wilson, brother, Garfield Von Nolan II, 3 grandchildren; Dayon McCracken, Angel Ocasio, Khloe McCracken, 2 great grandchildren; Dayon McCracken, Jr., Faith Torres, Godson, Todd Wilson, 3 nieces; Dawn Nolan, Fawn Nolan, Joy Nolan, sister from love, Phyllis Emery, 3 sons from love; Tim Foster, Mark Foster, Jason Foster, her close friend, caretaker and son from love, Harold Hughes and a host of nieces, nephews, family and close friends.
Sheila was predeceased by her nephew, Garfield Von Nolan, III.
A viewing for Sheila will be held Friday, November 19, 2021 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Theo C. Auman, 247 Penn Street, Reading, PA. 19601, followed by a Celebration of Life Service at 7:00 PM.
