Cherished grandmother of Christopher Packer, Alex Sharp, Shannon Sharp, Cody Pryse, and Zack Packer. Dear sister of the late Jeri Shepherd and Ann Munsie. Dottie passed away Thursday, November 8, 2018 at age 80. She will be dearly missed.
