She was born February 4, 1947, in Fairmont, West Virginia, to parents James Edward and Elsie Jane (Floyd) Wyckoff. She was affectionately known as “Shirley” to her family and friends.
Shirley was a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. She was a member of the former Church of God in Streetsboro, where she taught Sunday school.
Shirley is survived by her husband John Joseph Lucas Sr., who she married April 3, 1963. She is also survived by her sons: Brian (Joy) Lucas Sr. and John Lucas Jr., her grandchildren: Brian (Heather) Lucas Jr., Jeffrey Lucas, Kenneth Painter, Conner Lucas, Amber Lucas, Emily Lucas, Summer Lucas, and Avi Lucas, her great-grandchildren: McKenzie and Charley, as well as her siblings: Gwen Smith, Jim, Jerry, and Joe Wyckoff.
Shirley was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Roger Wyckoff and her great-granddaughter Skylar Lucas.
