Thomas E. Patch

He was born February 18, 1926, in Hiram Twp, to parents Louis and Freida (Hutchinson) Patch. Thomas was retired from the Kent State University maintenance department. He was a member of the First Christian Church in Ravenna. Mr. Patch proudly served in both the US Army and US Navy. He loved to garden and was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns and Indians.

Thomas is survived by his wife of 47 years, Carol (English) Patch, Daughters, Donna (Darrell) Garrison of South Carolina and Barbara (Norman) Rankin of Brimfield and son-in-law: Mike Haney Sr. of Rootstown and sister: Dorothy Forbes of Illinois, as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, son: Russell, his daughters: Deborah Short and Joan Haney; brother: Louis Patch II and sister: Esther Demechak.
