She was born March 5, 1942, in Frenchton, West Virginia, to parents Carlton and Georgia (Hamrick) Davis. Marge worked many jobs over the years. She worked in healthcare as an IV tech, secretary, and a home health aide. Marge was also a talented florist. She retired working as an aide at the Madison Group Home, where she was fond of many of the residents there.
Marge was an active member of the Madison Senior Center. She enjoyed playing cards, hosting the variety shows, making holiday cards, and attending the writers group at the center. She was known for her loving heart and endless jokes. Kind and giving with her time, Marge was active throughout the Madison community. Volunteering at the food bank, helping children read at the elementary school, and Teen Challenge are just some of the programs she was involved with over the years.
Marge is survived by her children: Debra Solinger, Brenda (John) Solomon, and Shari (Thomas) Benford, her brothers Ronald (Jean) Davis, Larry (Jude) Davis, her sister-in-law Mary Ann Davis, as well as her 9 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren, and her loving best friend, Bernice Swaine.
Marge was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Eugene Liebal, her brother Stanley Davis, and her great-granddaughter Adrhianna Solinger.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 1:00 PM at Charlestown Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family would like donations sent to Teen Challenge of Greater Cleveland in her memory. Condolences and fond memories may be shared at www.wood-kortright-borkoski.com
