She was born October 7, 1931, in Atwater to the late Guy and Doris (Stroup) Randall. Joyce was a member of the Randolph United Methodist Church where she taught Sunday school, served as a lay leader, and represented the church at the annual Lakeside Conference. She was a member of the Red Hat Society and the Randolph Senior Citizens. She enjoyed traveling, reading, and crossword puzzles, but her family was paramount.
Besides her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother, Duane Randall; her grandsons, Nathan Joseph Bublik and Joseph James Bublik II; and her great-granddaughter, Nona Snodgrass.
She is survived by her seven children, Jack (Jeanie) Snodgrass, Elaine (Jerry) May, Barbara (Joseph) Bublik, Patricia (David) George, Larry Snodgrass, Laura (William) Shaw, and John Snodgrass; 14 grandchildren; and 21 great grandchildren.
A memorial service officiated by Pastor Pam Monteith will be held Sunday, June 25, at 4 p.m. at the Randolph United Methodist Church, 4078 Waterloo Road. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service, beginning at 3 p.m.
