Rev. Donald R. Dunn

He was born April 2, 1931, in New Milford, Ohio, a son of the late Smith and Evelyn Marie (Booth) Dunn. Don was an evangelist minister affiliated with the Church of the Nazarene, and was a member of Chesterhill Church of the Nazarene. He was a veteran of the US Army 25th Infantry serving in the Korean War and a member of the American Legion.

Survivors include his children: Donna Dunn of Bartlett and Terry (Sue) Dunn of Akron; brothers: Robert and Richard Dunn both of Rootstown, George (Reeda) Dunn of Barberton, and Thomas Dunn of Letona, Arkansas; brother-in-law: James (Peggy) Nutter of Garrettsville; also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Mary Dunn in 2001.

Friends will be received Thursday, March 4, 2010, from 10:00 AM until the 12:00 PM funeral service officiated by Reverend Trevor Johnston at the Wood-Kortright-Borkoski Funeral Home, 703 E. Main St., Ravenna. Interment will follow with military honors at Homeland Cemetery.
