In Loving Memory
Aged 82 died on January 15th at home.
He was born in Raleigh,North Carolina to Russell and Alice Tarlton.
He has a Brother Joseph Tarlton and a late sister Lorraine Neville.
Russell lived in Raleigh, North Carolina his entire life where he met his wife Mary Dianne Neal Tarlton.
Russell was a loving, faithful husband for 55 years.
He leaves behind a daughter, Mary Diana Tarlton Ameri, and a son, Russell W. Tarlton lll.
Russell was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Raleigh, but frequently was going to new Hope Baptist in Carpenter, NC.
As a part of his Bible study fellowship group, Russell volunteered time teaching Sunday school at church and doing disaster relief work as called upon.
He owned a landscape supply business in Cary, NC.
The family greeted friends for a chapel service Monday, January 29th at Mitchell Funeral home, followed by a graveside service.
He will be missed dearly.
