I will always appreciate what Randy did for me when I was down on my luck. He was the first to see my potential at Brame. The continued success I have had because of Randy altered my life for the better. I loved our political and religious talks no matter. "More similar than different" Thanks Randy for giving me a chance. Where ever you are, Godspeed Randy!

When I remember Randy I remember how much he loved his God, his family, his Longhorns, and golf. Randy became a friend over the years and I enjoyed listening to him talk about the Texas Longhorns.  Randy never complained about his illness and I don't believe I ever met a stronger man. He is and will be missed.

Randy was more than just my boss for much of the past ten years. Over time, he became a trusted friend and confidant who meant more to me than I can find the words to say. I've missed him so much since he left Brame, and I always will. And, even though he hated my beloved Tarheels, I get the feeling that I'll also be (secretly) backing the Longhorns from now on and thinking of Randy when I do.

So many fun memories at Dry Gulch with the two of you! Forever grateful I was influenced by him.

Randy is an amazing man, He served selflessly the children of God. I remember when my daughter who is now 26 gave her life to Jesus, Randy was there leading her into the family of God. I am forever grateful for your faithfulness Randy. Danielle was just one of hundreds you were instrumental in leading to the Lord. Thank You we are all better because you have touched our lives. You will be greatly missed.

Last night I was thinking of the time you all came back to Dallas for a visit. And it was New Year's Eve.  And we heard a knock on our door and there stood Marsha and Randy.  What fun we had eating and singing karaoke.  We are sure going to miss him!  Love you bunches.  I pray the Holy Spirit comfort you and your family in this season of mourning.

Randy was the poster boy for "Don't give up, don't ever give up". We will always miss him here at Brame, he was an inspiration to us all. God bless him.

Randy's family, i am so sorry to hear of Randy's passing. I have enjoyed working with Randy at Brame. I don't know of anyone that has fought the good fight as hard as he did, and still kept a positive attitude. he will be greatly missed. May God bless you all

I am so sorry for your loss.  Randy was a good person and a great friend to all who knew him.  I wish you God's peace.

Randy McCoy was one of several college radio brothers I had in the mid-70s. He was as fine an individual as I've known with a character formed out on the Texas high plains. Those winds force you to learn to walk upright in the toughest of times and that is the Randy I remember. My heart goes out to his family at this difficult time.
