Katie passed away on Ash Wednesday, Feb. 22, at the age of 95. She passed graciously, quietly, peacefully & beautifully just as God intended for his angel! She was a founding member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Raleigh.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Stuart. They loved each other for 67 yrs.
Katie is survived by her son, Brad; her daughter, Nancy Lindsey; 4 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
A memorial service at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church is planned for Saturday, March 4th at 11 am.
