Chung Young Yoo

After marrying Hyunghee Lee in 1993 and having their firstborn son, Dongwook, he and his family moved to the United States where they welcomed their daughter Emily in 1996.

Chung lived his life with great joy and was an encouragement to those who surrounded him. He made all decisions with others' best interest at heart. When he wasn't working at Clayton Village Cleaners, a business he owned and ran for 10 years, he spent much of his time golfing with his friends as well as his dear wife. He was a member of the Greater Raleigh Area Korean Association, the Raleigh Korean Dry Cleaners Association, and Duraleigh Presbyterian Church.

Chung is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Hyunghee Yoo; son, Dongwook Yoo; daughter, Emily Yoo; sister-in-law, Kathy Cho and her husband Young Hyun Cho and nephew, Anthony Cho.

The funeral service for Chung will be held on Tuesday, February 4th at 6:00pm at Duraleigh Presbyterian Church, 5408 Duraleigh Rd., Raleigh, NC.
