Samuel Adrian Lawhorn, age 72, died on Friday September 5, 2014 at Pulaski NHC.
Mr Lawhorn was born May 11, 1942 in Giles County to Rufus and Minnie Pearl Ward Lawhorn. He was a truck driver for South East Carrier of Lawrenceburg, served in the US Army, and was preceded in death by his parents and two sisters, Wilma and Virginia Johns.
Visitation will be Sunday September 7, 2014 from 4 until 8 pm at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home. Funeral will be 1 pm Monday September 8, 2014 at Carr a& Erwin Chapel with interment in Giles Memory Garden.
Survivors include his wife Shirley Lawhorn of Pulaski, son Jimmy Lawhorn and wife Belita of Pulaski, daughter Kathy Scoggins and husband Doyle of Pulaski, step sons Bobby Ables and wife Angelia, Charlie Ables and wife Fran all of Pulaski, step daughters Penny Vest and husband Gary of Hartselle, Samantha Jones of Pulaski, brothers James Monroe Lawhorn and wife Linda of Pulaski, R.J. Lawhorn and wife Yvonne of Enterprise, twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
