Linda Joyce Mitchell

Linda was born in Beech Hill, TN on May 15, 1944 to William Edgar and Sarah Jane Patterson Brown, Jr. Linda was a hairdresser by trade and was a member of the Bradshaw Baptist Church. She had a love of fishing, and a passion for home cooking a delicious meal. Linda is preceded in death by her parents; husband Joe Richard Mitchell; sisters Carrol Hopkins and Connie Pope, special niece Susan Brown.

Visitation will be held Thursday December 19, 2024 from 10-2:30pm with the Funeral Service to follow at 2:30pm at Carr and Erwin Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Giles Memory Gardens.

Linda is survived by her son Bubba Mitchell (Michelle) of Brick Church Community; daughter Joni Mitchell of Pulaski; Brother Larry Brown (Jeanette) of Beech Hill; grandchildren Brittany Watson (Cole), Hunter Mitchell (Christyn), Chelsey Daugherty, Colby Daugherty; bonus grandchildren Miranda Looney, Ashley Pinkleton, Dillon Simmons; great grandchildren Colsen Watson and Blakeleigh Kimbrough; and her fur baby Butterbean Mitchell.
