Terry Dale Musgrove passed away on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the age of 53. He was born in Pulaski, TN on August 18, 1965 to the late Delmas Burt and Joann Brashears Musgrove. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Mark Musgrove and his sister, Bonita Braden. Dale was a Truck Driver and heavy equipment operator.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Musgrove of Leoma, TN, and several of his nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Carr & Erwin Funeral Home, where Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, August 15, 2019, at 1:00 p.m., with burial to follow in Giles Memory Gardens.
