She was born June 13, 1936 to the late Walter L and Mary Elaine Garner Walls. She was also preceded in death by her daughter, Sherry Ann Wilburn, her husband, Melvin Wilburn, her brother, J. C. Walls, and her sister, Juanita Jones.
Survivors include her sons, Barry Wilburn and Sheree of Elkton and Shane Wilburn and Amanda of Prospect, her sister, Mary Zeigler of Chattanooga, her brothers, Leslie Walls and Deanna of Pulaski and Joe walls and Dorothy of Pulaski, her grandchildren, Chris Wilburn, Ashley Holladay and Donald, Justin Wilburn and Jada, Jordan Wilburn,Tasha Fanning and Jared, and Taylar Fanning, her great grandchildren, Taylor Wilburn and Eli, Hunter Holladay, Kinley Holladay, Remy Jo Holladay, and Carson Towry, and her great great granddaughter, Holland Lee Henson.
Visitation for Alvie will be held Monday, June 3, 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Carr & Erwin. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Carr & Erwin.
Alvie will be laid to rest in Wilburn Cemetery, Elkton, TN.
