Rich was there for me as a father when I didn't have one. Both he and Janet did what hey could to guide me...  I miss you Rich... Can't wait to see you on the other side brother.

I was saddened by the news about Richard. I have known him for years as the computer genius. He was so skilled at his profession and a TRUE genius. He was kind, thoughtful and always had time to answer questions and visit. You will be missed Richard. Rest in Gods Peace. 

To All of Ricky's Family:  We will always remember Ricky's fun-loving nature growing up with all the other neighborhood kids on Greenacre Drive, Shelton(Huntington) CT.   Rest in Peace.

Ricky was like a brother to me.  I've known him all my life, he lived next door to me and we were a year apart high school.   We hung out with most of the same people and went to a lot of the same parties.   There are so many people who he touched throughout his life and I am thankful to have been one of them.  I remember him getting me into lots of trouble when we were little!  I'll miss you brother!

I did not know Richard, but for a short time, I worked with Nia, Daniel's spouse. I am so sorry to have heard of his disappearance and then of his passing. I understand your grief and shock. Our family experienced a very similar tragedy. My deepest condolences to your family. May Richard rest in peace.

Celebration of Life

Richard was preceded in death by his father Robert Arthur Neales and nephew Felix Adrian Murphy.  
He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Janet; 
children Richard (Jessi Weishapl) Neales, Nicole (Brandon) Paul, Nicholas Christopher,  Daniel (Nia) Neales, Devin Neales and Jake Neales; 
mother Helen (Brian) Bobbitt; 
brothers Robert (Marie) Shorey and Robert (Tina) Neales; 
niece Jordan Neales-Murphy; 
nephew Ben Shorey; 
as well as extended family members and friends.
