Nancy was born January 24, 1952 in La Junta, Colorado, the daughter of Chet and Evelyn Phelps. She graduated from Fowler High School in 1970 and on April 4th, 1971, she married David Denney. To this union, 3 children were born: Kori, Tara and Clint. Nancy and David’s marriage ended and she later married Dwight McIntosh on October 2nd, 1982 where she became the bonus Mom to Brett, Brandon and Kristy. Nancy also has a beloved German Shepard named Beau.

Nancy is survived by her husband, Dwight Mcintosh, daughter and son-in-law, Kori and Brent Cozzolino of Pueblo; daughter, Tara Fort of Pueblo West, son and daughter-in-law, Clint and Melanie Denney of Centennial, son and daughter-in-law Brett and Cheryl McIntosh of South Fork, son Brandon McIntosh (Nealee Phillips), of Fowler, daughter Kristy (McIntosh) Graham of Chandler, AZ, as well as her sister, Pat Bouldin of Fowler. Nancy also has 8 grandchildren, Zach & Kaitlyn Cozzolino, Tyler & Sydney Cullen, Ryan Denney, Cole & Morgan McIntosh, and Madison McIntosh as well as a great-grandson, Abel Armijo. Nancy also has many nieces and nephews who were very dear to her heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Chet and Evelyn Phelps, son-in-law, Raymond Fort, brother, Michael Phelps and brother-in-law, Raymond Bouldin.
