69, born June 11, 1953 to parents Melvin L. Williams and Patsy J. Williams in Mobile, Ala., passed away Sept. 20, 2022 in Parker, Colo. He was raised by his loving and gracious grandmother, Laura Williams in Saraland, Ala. Baptized Nov. 25, 1967, he served as ministerial servant for thirteen years, elder for twenty-three years, regular pioneer for one and a half years, having served at the worldwide headquarters of Jehovah Witness from 1972 to 1976. Met and married his beloved wife Carol M. Williams, Nov. 13, 1976 in Mobile, Ala. They went on to raise three sons. He worked as a chief treatment plant operator at the Pueblo Board of Water Works in which he retired from after 20 years. Survived by his loving wife, Carol Williams; children, Joshua (Rhedda), Matthew (Elizabeth) and Justin (Shanelle) Williams; grandchildren, Avery, Jaxon, Michael and Mitchell; father-in-law, Roger Salter, who meant the world to Michael.
