Geraldine Marie Buffalo (Corda) was born April 25, 1922 in Pueblo, Colorado, to Mary (Pisciotta) and Joseph Corda. She was preceded in death by her husband Sylvester Buffalo, her sister Carrie Andenucio (Tony), and her son in law Thomas Conwell Kutz.
She is survived by her 2 daughters, Marian Andersen (Thomas), Karen Buffalo (Thomas Kutz). She was a loving grandmother to grandchildren, Sam Kutz (Jeanelle), Andrea Thomas (Bill), Michael Kutz (Tiffani), and Gerri Kutz.
She was blessed to have two great grandchildren, Lizy and Liam Thomas.
She was a loving aunt to Joanna Andenucio (Glenn Freelove), Joseph Andenucio, Anthony (Ginger) Andenucio and to many other special nieces and nephews.
She grew up in Pueblo, Colorado where she met her husband Syl. They later moved to Denver, Colorado. They bought “Syl’s Bar” and managed their own business until they retired in 1979.
She was an active member of the Sons and Daughters of Italy Denver Lodge 2075. She enjoyed singing in the choir, helping with newsletters, and volunteering for fund raisers.
She enjoyed camping with family and friends in her later years. She enjoyed playing cards with family. She was most happy when she was cooking for family, especially hosting a holiday or a Sunday dinner.
She had many good friends whom she considered family.
She will be missed.
