Bobbie W. Harmon, 90, of Pueblo, CO. Passed away on 03/31/2018, after an auto accident. He was born in Denver, CO; however, he spent part of his childhood on a farm in Missouri. In high school he belonged to Jr. ROTC, where he rode in the Calvary and found his first love, motorcycles. After graduation he joined the Navy where he learned about electronics, Morse code, and ham radios. After his discharge he moved back to Denver where he raced motorcycles, joined the Reservation Ramblers Motorcycle Club, and fell in love with Norma Jean. They married on 11/23/1949. During this time he would start a career in law enforcement. Over the course of his career he would serve as a Denver Police officer and then detective, an agent with the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and finally the Colorado Lottery. His close friend and colleague, Hank Potter, said upon his passing “He was the bravest man I knew.” He is preceded in death by his wife of 45 years, Norma Jean, and his son, Robert Ray. He is survived by son, Reggie; granddaughter, Erica; sister, Janet; and daughter-in-law, Marcia.
